About
Isabela Penagos is a Colombian-American actress, writer and producer whose artistry is shaped by a life lived across cultures and continents. Raised between San Francisco, France, and Hong Kong, she brings a multilingual voice and a deeply nuanced sensitivity to every role, drawing from a rich blend of artistic traditions and lived experiences.
Formally trained at the School of Dramatic Arts at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where she completed a four-year Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting, Isabela built a strong foundation in theatre, film, and movement. She later earned her Master’s degree in the Business of Entertainment from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. Her work is grounded in emotional honesty, magnetic presence, and a global perspective shaped by her multicultural background and multilingual abilities. Whether on screen or on stage, she is drawn to stories that create human connection and explore the complexity of people, culture, and identity.
